Spirituality for Women Workshop in Mayan Yucatan Mexico  

65 million years ago a meteor, 10 kilometers in diameter, crashed into what is now Yucatán and changed the course of life on our planet. Ever since, this has been a powerful place for transformation. The ancient Maya knew Yucatán was blessed by the Universe and chose to build their temples and pyramids here. Now, as the Maya calendar approaches its end-date in 2012 and a new cycle is about to begin, the Heart of the Maya land is calling us once again to awake to the Maya Consciousness of Love, Wisdom and Hope. 

The Maya Cosmic Institute teaches the importance for each of us to fully awake, connect with Mother Earth, and work to protect the planet. The Maya Sanctuary is the place where we can come together to put these teachings into practice.
